How we handle reports

Submitted reports are reviewed by our staff and governance teams. Each report is assessed for evidence, context, and compliance with our policies. Reporter identity is visible to staff and cannot be edited after submission. Final outcomes are determined by governance review and are logged for transparency.

What we can do

ClearCause can restrict or blacklist Discord users or servers based on evidence and review. We maintain a record of disclosures and apply restrictions where appropriate. We do not regulate conduct or handle funds, and we are not law enforcement.

Reporting via our Discord server

Users can report incidents by joining our Discord server and using the /report command. All reports submitted via Discord are handled with the same evidence-based process and governance review.
